Each flat has a video intercom system and fingerprint entry system to the main complex and key card entry to each flat.

Within the complex, there is a student common room, games room, private meeting rooms, and a communal garden and BBQ area.

Central Park Towers is ideally positioned to provide access to local facilities as well as being only a five-minute walk from the university.

The area is well served by public transport and has a wide range of local shops, services, eating houses and pubs nearby. Plymouth city centre is nearby. All our studio flats are completely self-contained, having their own individual bathroom and kitchen within the flat assures your personal privacy, offering a dedicated study area.

Rent is £625.00 per month or £144.23 per week
Electric is included which is approx £10-15 per month - A fair usage policy applies and overuse will result in extra billing
